let me tell you our speech is very powerful , God has given it to us. so dun speck or say nonsense because it will only made you more foolish although you dun think it is foolish but people around you does. what are nonsense ? nonsense are meaningless speech and useless talk.
so remember next time when you speck think 1st. what you speck does it benefit the kingdom of God? or it trow God face. and do you know that whatever you speck it can build up and destroy some one life! so do take note on what you speak! amen
